Return and Refund Policy

At Divine Beaute, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns - Unused and Unaltered hair- Hair must be returned in its original condition. This means it must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered in any way. Hair that has been tampered with (e.g., brushed, styled, colored, or treated with chemicals) will not be eligible for a return.

Packaging: Hair must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels and seals intact. If the original packaging is damaged or missing, we may decline your return or charge a restocking fee.

Return Timeframe: You may return your hair with 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the hair meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above

Extended Return Period: We do not offer extended return periods for holiday or promotional purchases unless explicitly stated during the promotion.  You can return your hair by contacting us via email at hello@divine-beaute.com. To request a return authorization number (RA#), include your order reason for the return. Once you have the RA#, securely package the unused hair in its original packaging and send it to the following address:   Divine Beaute, P.O. Box 903, Decatur MS, 39327. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.  Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original     payment method. Refunds typically take 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange: If you would like to exchange your hair for a different length, texture, or color, please contact us within the standard return period. The returned hair must meet the eligibility criteria listed above. Shipping fees for exchange may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive defective or damaged hair, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and upon inspection, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
